Husband to Leanne, Dad to Amelie & Seth and wedding photographer of game changing Northern Ireland weddings.

Born and bred in Belfast - throughout my teenage years and in to my early adulthood I always aspired to and was motivated by the prospect of running my own business. For many years I was unsure about exactly what business I wished to delve in to so off I went to the University of Ulster at Jordanstown and should you wish to include any form of exercise in your wedding day and need a coach - you’ll be glad to know I’ve got it covered with my BSc Sports & Exercise Sciences.

In to the fitness industry I went - and in spite of being competent and doing a reasonably good job - I never loved it. I did however meet my wife Leanne during my fitness era, with my first ever interaction with her being me pointing out a bird had s*** on her. You couldn’t write it.

Several years were spent soul searching trying to figure out what to do with my life when a chance encounter playing around with my brother’s camera taking photographs of my much loved nieces proved to be a lightbulb moment. I loved both the creative aspect of taking photographs and the overall fit of being a wedding photographer aligned well with my skillset and aspirations - so I gave it a blast.

In June 2014 I shot my first wedding, it was an incredible buzz and I immediately knew I had found my calling.

Outside of weddings - I take great pride in Leanne & I having recently celebrated our 10th Wedding Anniversary. I am a very hands on Dad, doing all that I can to help Amelie & Seth develop themselves in all aspects of their lives. Sport and fitness is also a keen interest of mine - having previously played rugby and trained Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I am now in my CrossFit era. I also enjoy hiking in the Mournes.
